Website, mobile application, ticketing, Digital Wallet and RFID card services
Effective Date / Last Updated: 4 August 2026
Service Provider: La Nouba
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the website, mobile application, ticket sales and management infrastructure, Digital Wallet, RFID card, payment, campaign, notification and other related services provided by La Nouba (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Services, creating an account, purchasing a ticket, or using the Digital Wallet or an RFID card, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Services. Your consumer rights arising from mandatory law and which cannot be limited by contract remain reserved.
The Services are provided by the following business:
In certain cases, an event may be organised by an organiser other than La Nouba. The identity of the relevant organiser and any event-specific terms may be displayed separately on the event page or ticket before purchase.
Tickets may be purchased by individuals who meet the age restriction and other entry requirements applicable to the relevant event. To the extent permitted by applicable law, minors may use the Services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Membership is not always required to purchase a ticket; however, membership may be required to use Digital Wallet features and manage an account. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and protect your password, verification codes and device access. You are responsible for transactions carried out through your account to the extent that they are not caused by our fault or a security breach attributable to us. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact us immediately at info@lanouba.org. To protect security, we may request additional verification, terminate a session or temporarily restrict an account.
The event name, date and time, location, age restriction, ticket type, price, fees, accessibility information and special rules are displayed before purchase. It is the user’s responsibility to review this information before confirming an order.
An order becomes final when payment has been successfully completed and the ticket or order confirmation has been made available to the user. In the event of a technical error, duplicate transaction, obvious pricing error, suspected misuse or inventory discrepancy, the order may be reviewed or cancelled, provided that mandatory rights are preserved and the user is informed. Any amount collected will be refunded through the appropriate payment channel. If any service, transaction or delivery fee applies in addition to the ticket price, the amount will be clearly displayed before payment is confirmed. The relevant payment institution or bank is responsible for any exchange rate, commission or similar fees that it applies.
Unless otherwise stated, each ticket grants a single right of entry. The QR code or other verification information on the ticket must be kept confidential. Once the code has been validly scanned for the first time, the same duplicated, screenshotted or shared code cannot be used for re-entry. Tickets, age or identity may be checked at entry. Supporting documentation may be requested for named, discounted, student, VIP or specially conditioned tickets. Individuals who fail to comply with the event’s security, capacity, age or conduct rules may be refused entry or removed from the venue, without prejudice to their rights under applicable law. The user is responsible for ensuring that their phone is charged, the screen is readable and the ticket is accessible. Where available, users are advised to download the ticket to their device before the event.
Tickets may be transferred or shared only through the official features available for the relevant event and in accordance with event-specific rules. Certain personalised, promotional, complimentary, VIP or identity-verified tickets may not be transferred. Unauthorised commercial resale, speculative selling, fraud, public sharing of ticket codes and the use of unauthorised sales channels are prohibited. We do not guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through unauthorised channels.
An event may be cancelled, postponed, or changed in terms of date, time, venue or programme due to the organiser, artist, public authorities, security concerns, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a material change, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users within a reasonable period using the contact details available to us. Any right to a refund or exchange is determined according to the status of the event, the organiser’s policy, the ticket type and applicable law. The options available in the event of cancellation or a material change will be announced separately. Travel, accommodation and other incidental expenses are not included in the ticket price and will not be automatically reimbursed, except where required by law. A user’s inability to attend an event for personal reasons may not, by itself, create a right to a refund. However, any mandatory rights of withdrawal, refund, remedy for defects and compensation arising under applicable law remain fully reserved.
The La Nouba Digital Wallet is a digital balance and transaction management feature that may be used to purchase tickets and pay for food, beverages or other eligible expenses at authorised points of sale within the event venue. The Wallet is not a bank account, credit product or interest-bearing investment account.
Funds added to the Wallet may be used only in supported currencies and at supported locations. Minimum or maximum top-up, balance, transaction or usage limits may apply based on legal, technical and security requirements and will be displayed before the transaction. The conversion of Wallet funds into cash or their refund will be assessed according to the top-up method, bonus or promotional balance, transaction history, event conditions and applicable law. Where a refund is available, it will generally be made to the original payment channel following the necessary verification procedures, including security and anti-money-laundering checks. Bonus or promotional balances cannot be converted into cash and may be subject to campaign terms. If a transaction status cannot be verified immediately, you must check the Recent Transactions section of the Digital Wallet before attempting the payment again. If you notice an incorrect or unauthorised transaction, you must notify our support team without delay.
An RFID card may be used for contactless payments, balance usage or, where supported, access transactions at an event venue. Depending on the available model, the card may be linked to a La Nouba account or used independently. The user is responsible for the physical security of the card. A lost or stolen card must be reported as soon as possible. It may not be technically possible to recover a lost balance from an independent card where identity or ownership cannot be verified. For linked cards, blocking, balance transfers or card replacement may be subject to system records, verification and applicable fees. In certain scenarios, the RFID card balance and Digital Wallet balance may be maintained separately. You must check the balance type displayed on the screen before completing a transaction.
Payments may be processed by La Nouba or authorised payment service providers. The processing of your card information may be subject to the relevant provider’s terms and privacy practices. The time required for an approved refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the bank or payment institution. If requesting both a direct refund and a chargeback for the same transaction results in duplicate reimbursement, we reserve the right to recover the amount paid in error and review the relevant account. Where payment fraud, unauthorised card use, misuse of system vulnerabilities or an improper chargeback is suspected, we may suspend the transaction, request verification and cooperate with the competent authorities.
Campaigns, discounts, bonus balances and promotional codes may be subject to additional conditions, including duration, eligibility, minimum spend, event, account or usage limits. Unless expressly stated otherwise, campaigns cannot be combined, transferred or converted into cash. In the event of an obvious error, misuse, unfair benefit through multiple accounts or a breach of campaign terms, the benefit may be cancelled. This does not affect the user’s rights arising from mandatory law.
You must use the Services lawfully and in good faith. The following activities are prohibited:
The software, designs, trademarks, logos, text, images, videos, databases and other content available through the Services belong to La Nouba, the organisers or the relevant rights holders. You are granted only a limited, revocable and non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal and non-commercial purposes. Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute or sell the content, reverse engineer it or create derivative works from it, except where expressly permitted by law.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the separately available Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Transactional notifications required for account management, tickets, payments, entry control, security and customer support may be sent. Marketing communications are managed according to your preferences and applicable law. It is important to keep your contact details up to date. To the extent that we are not at fault, we are not responsible for notifications that fail to reach you because your information is outdated or incorrect.
The Services may provide links to payment institutions, maps, social media, music, video or other third-party services. The relevant third party is responsible for the content, availability, security and terms of those services. Providing a link does not mean that we endorse all activities of the third party.
We exercise reasonable care to keep the Services available and error-free; however, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, high traffic, internet connectivity, device incompatibility, cyber incidents, payment infrastructure or circumstances beyond our control. Except for liabilities that cannot legally be limited, La Nouba is responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, only for direct losses caused by its own fault and which were reasonably foreseeable. Liability for the operation of an event, artist performance, venue services and third-party products will be determined according to La Nouba’s role as organiser, seller, intermediary or service provider in the circumstances of the particular case. Nothing in these Terms excludes the consumer’s statutory rights, liability arising from gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, decisions of public authorities, energy or communication outages, severe weather conditions, unforeseen obstacles affecting an artist or similar circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The consumer’s mandatory refund rights and other statutory rights remain reserved.
We may temporarily restrict or terminate an account or certain features due to a breach of the Terms, security risk, suspected fraud, legal obligation or the need to protect the rights of other users. Where appropriate, we will provide the reason and the available method of objection.
You may request account closure through the account management options in the application or by contacting info@lanouba.org. Closing an account does not automatically eliminate incomplete transactions, statutory retention obligations, valid tickets or outstanding balance and refund processes.
We may update the Terms due to changes in legislation, the Services or our operations. Where possible and required, material changes will be communicated through the website, application or registered contact channel before they take effect. The latest version will state the date on which it was last updated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. In consumer transactions, the consumer’s rights to apply to arbitration committees and other competent authorities under mandatory law remain reserved. In the event of a dispute, we kindly ask you to contact us first at info@lanouba.org. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the competent authority and jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected. A failure to exercise a right immediately does not constitute a waiver of that right. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and express event-specific terms, the event-specific term will apply only in relation to the relevant event; mandatory law will prevail in all cases. If versions of the Terms are published in different languages, the published language notice must clearly state which version prevails. Mandatory information provided to consumers will be made available in a clear and accessible manner.
